Delivery

  1. Shipping fee will be displayed to you on our website. Or you may also refer to our shipping and delivery shopping guide
  1. Our mailing day is Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm, excluding weekend and local public holiday
  1. Ready stocks order will be mailed in 1 -2 working days upon payment verification
  1. All orders are shipped out according to order number, no combined order is allowed
  1. Once the tracking number is emailed and WhatsApp to you, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third-party postage service provided, any delay or lost parcel happened is beyond our control
  1. We shall not be responsible for lost parcel if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third-party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any)

Bounced Parcel

  1. We will contact via email and WhatsApp if we receive any bounced parcel bearing their name
  1. Cost of re-delivery charged will be borne by customer
  1. We reserve the right to decline the request to combine new order with bounced parcel
  1. Bounced parcel that are unclaimed after 30 days will be deemed as The Grand’s property and no compensation will be done as sufficient response time has been given

Defect

We try our best to provide accurate information in our product description for the purchase through website.

  1. Product might slightly be different from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different technology device specifications. Pleas kindly allow 20% of this color variance. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected.
  1. Minor variation in measurement (1cm – 3cm) is not considered as defect
  1. Minor imperfection (small black dots / small stain / loose thread) which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of item will not consider as defect

Please drop an email to us or WhatsApp us if you believe you have received a defective product within 7 working days with your order number and photo of defect part.

Postage fee incurred will be borne by us with the provided shipping cost receipt if the item acknowledged to be defective. Item returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer available, we will suggest change to any other item.

Return Policy

Mail out your return item within 15 days from the receipt of original order. Cost of re-delivery charged will be borne by customer.

Any returned item must be in its original condition (unworn, unaltered and free of damages by customers) and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to store credit. Please allow for a period up to 14days for us to process the refund.

NO return allowed on any final sales item.
